Who Should Attend?
The course is addressed to all geoscientists with non-specific geophysics background, like young and advanced geologists, reservoir engineers and team/project leaders, involved in exploration and development projects in which amplitude anomalies play a major role.
This class will provide simple, clear and complete guidelines to achieve a full knowledge and understanding of seismic anomalies, DHIs, AVO/AVA and other techniques, allowing to run early detection of possible targets on seismic data, to de-risk a prospect and to effectively cooperate with geophysicists and specialists in advanced techniques for reservoir characterization and fluid detection.
A number of exercises and examples based on real cases and direct work experience will implement the content of this course.
